Prrinters seeking power, speed and cost savings in LED UV technology will check all the boxes with Baldwin Technology Co. Inc.’s AMS Spectral UV lineup on exhibit by its experts at Print UV 2023, the company says. Taking place May 2-4 at the Wynn Encore Resort Las Vegas, Print UV unites printers from around the world who employ UV-based curing technologies as part of the commercial and packaging printing process to discuss the latest processes and advancements.

Baldwin Technology’s AMS Spectral UV division has continued to invest in research, development and engineering that elevate and enhance what LED-based curing can do.

At Print UV, Baldwin will feature the patented XP Quatro Series as the latest evolution in Baldwin’s portfolio of high-speed, high-performance LED-UV curing technologies. Hosting two LED UV arrays, the XP Quatro Series delivers double the LED power at a lower cost than two individual lamps while operating at top industrial speeds. It is ideal for web offset printers that require a rugged, long-lasting press conversion and are looking to move away from reliance on gas to provide higher-quality products and an eco-friendlier footprint.

Also available for sheetfed offset LED retrofits will be the XP and XO Series LED systems, two of AMS Spectral UV’s tested and trusted flagship products. Known for performance and reliability, XP and XO are the industry standard for those competing for accounts that require top-quality results with every run.

Baldwin’s AMS Spectral UV division reports an installed base of more LED systems on offset presses globally than any other provider of LED technology. From research and development through engineering and production, the company’s team of experts can customize solutions to suit any application.

“We are very excited to attend this year’s event to engage with Printing and UV industry leaders to present our latest technology and deep range of capabilities to meet and support all their curing needs,” says Baldwin’s AMS Spectral UV president Rich Bennett.
